Resignation

Recently, I’m stress on my work. All my shipment has been upside down and can be say so all the shipment facing problem. While, in between I also got received a call from a famous work agencies and they get my information in the job street. They didn’t mention of its company just ask for my opinion and wish I can let myself a chance to try with a multinational corporation (MNC) company. After gaining my approval, they have requested 59.09% more than my assisting salary from that company but I don’t take it seriously. One day, the agencies calling me again and fix an appointment with me. At this first time when I hear about the company I reject their request. With her kindness and please, I been agree let myself a try for the interview.

Actually I just feel to have a try on the interview and don’t mean I can get the job. But my heart feels that since is a chance for me, so I have been prepared my proposal accordingly. On the day of interview, I just feel that MNC company interview normal and nothing special. During the interview is very smooth. Suddenly, the HR Manager feels that I got the potential and called their Managing Director to interview me. During the period, I didn’t feel excited and react as usual. Maybe this is the reason, they interested on me. According to the HR Manager they will inform me once they finalize.

Actually, I don’t feel anything and not to dream I will work in the MNC company. But the day is come, I has been received their call on my interview report and they wish I can join to build up their company. At first, I reject their request but after the HR Manager speech, I just consider it once again. During the 24 hours thinking and discuss with family, friends and lecturer, I accept their promotion.

After clarify everything, my problem raise up again. Thousand of reason in my mind which make feel that my present company management also has a very good income and benefits. I really wish that I can use my hand to build up my present company. But, according to some of my clients, friends and the most important is my family, they wish I can go out from this small area to develop my career since I still young and long way to go.

Actually, I doesn’t mean to resign at this moment but my letter already put on my Manager desk hopes he will consider seriously and wish he will not though this is a April Fool from me. Finally, I really thank for my Manager and colleagues during the term I served in the company.
